DeJesus & Associates, PC is a full service accounting firm in Perkasie, Pennsylvania offering a wide variety of accounting services to meet the needs of both individuals and businesses. 

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our clients with outstanding tax, accounting and consulting services with a personal touch.  We strive to empower our clients by implementing practical solutions that are focused on their needs and aspirations.  We are committed to providing valuable insight to enable our clients to navigate the fluctuating financial landscape with confidence.

We believe accounting is more than record keeping.  It is about creative strategies to achieve goals and overcome challenges.  We offer a wide variety of accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. 

Our Team

George A. DeJesus, CPA

George has a degree from Temple University and has been a CPA for over 35 years. George worked for an international and regional CPA firm and gained a broad background in corporate tax and accounting. In 1994, George started his own practice. His focus areas within the firm include corporate tax, accounting, and financial statement reporting. George is an active member of the Harleysville Chapter of Lions Club International, and in 2013, was named a Melvin Jones Fellow in recognition for his dedication to humanitarian work in his community.

Daniel J. Paci, JD, LLM, CPA

Dan has degrees from Boston University School of Law and New York University School of Law. Dan possesses the experience and sophistication necessary to serve as trusted counsel to all sizes and types of businesses. He provides numerous services in all major tax areas with emphasis on taxation as it impacts businesses, profit sharing plans, and trusts. Dan also provides transactional advice to corporations, trusts, and individuals including mergers, acquisitions, and real property transactions. Dan represents contested tax matters at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service, state, and local tax authorities. Dan is an active member of the community, serving as the Treasurer for the Hilltown Township Civic Association, as well as the Hilltown Township Historical Society and Counsel to the Deep Run Valley Sports Association. Dan is also involved in Boy Scouts. He is an Eagle Scout, as well as the chartered organization representative for Boy Scout Troop 67 in Hilltown.

Jennifer DeJesus, EA

Jennifer has a degree from Temple University, and has been with the fir m for 10 years. She is a Senior Accountant and has significant experience working with QuickBooks (desktop and on-line versions). Jennifer has the ability to train and assist clients with the software. She also has significant experience in the area of individual tax preparation, as well as corporate accounting. Jennifer is an avid ice hockey fan and is currently in her fourth season coaching with the Jr. Flyers Tier 1 Girls Ice Hockey Program.

Ann Marie DeJesus

Ann has a degree from Temple University and started the practice with George in 1994. Ann has over 40 years of experience in both bookkeeping and accounting. She also has significant experience working with QuickBooks (desktop and on-line versions), and experience in the areas of individual income tax, payroll tax and multi-state sales tax. In addition to tax preparation and accounting services for clients, Ann also fills the role of Office Administrator and oversees all client billing, collection, and time management systems.
